I've heard McDonnell did sweet nothing.
Recruitment and coaching was a mess this year. Guys like latu fainu simply do not come to WT without fulton.
I feel you are letting a personal dislike for fulton overtake your view as you haven't given fulton 1 full season before taking the knives out.
Giving how dominated the NRL is with player managers I would rather have a fulton in my cornerner. Especially when you're the WT and haven't put a decent team together nice 2011.
Burn the whole thing to the ground and start again?
Thanks for clarifying.
It wouldn't be what the majority of the fan base wants however.
Even if that were true your supposition that the majority of the fan base would like to see like to see the whole thing burned to the ground and start again, the club is privately owned.......the owners wouldn't like to see that happening.I think you'd be surprised..
So in other words if we dont share youre opinion re: juniors ...and we have opposing ideas to yours re: the chair, board etc...we are not a genuine supporterI simply don’t tolerate imbeciles and cannot comprehend sheep who follow the pack without a mind of their own.
Don’t hide divulge your involvement if you claim to know so much about the going’s on of the inner sanctum ?
I’m sick of grubs who want to cause division and destroy the club when a genuine supporter should be looking forward to the most exciting crop of youngsters emerging since the 2005 crop which included Benji and Farah.
What was the preslection process.
Most season ticket holders weren't informed.
The other thing whatever the findings and recommendations of the review arethe different factions will argue about choice of reviewers, whether the recommendations were properly applied, the recommendations themselves as well as the qualifications of the reviewers.....this process is already happening creating further divisions. In your opinion would you say it’s a possibility the review outcome may conclude to advise that Yes it’s quite obvious the majority of Wests Tigers fans are very unhappy with the teams lack of on field success during the control of our current chairman, board and CEO.
Yes they have made a lot of bad decisions and outlandish statements that have got the majority of Wests Tigers fans offside.
But it is currently in the best interests of the club to have stability, therefore recommend they be given until the end of 2025 to show a dramatic improvement in the on field results on the condition they publicly apologise to the fans for past lack of success and misdemeanours and publicly state they will stand down if the on field results do not dramatically improve by the end of the 2025 season.
Some major jealousy been brewing...its bordering on interrogation and harrasmentAre you seriously questioning why they would want to interview the guy who is always respectful, orchestrated the petition, runs a forum and participates in a podcast that puts out a few podcasts a week rather than a bloke who just sits back and bitches at people on a forum?
The stuff of dreams for those for those hoping for destabilisation and revolution. Here's the bulk of the Riccio article detailing the damage the podcasters have done to the club.
Yet they have no shame:
The damage, both for Marshall and his ability to coach without a summer of distracting headlines, in addition to the club’s hopes of recruiting new talent while retaining their own, is untold.
This morning, Tigers fans will wake to the news that Junior Blues halfback Alex Conti is off to the Bulldogs. It’s just the beginning.
It’s any wonder Marshall’s manager Matt Desira was one of the first to call Hagipantelis out of concern last Thursday.
Next on the phone from the US was Mario Tartak.
He is the agent of Tigers 2024 starting halfback, former Dragons playmaker Jayden Sullivan, and the club’s most prized recruits, Latu and Samuela Fainu.
The trio had taken deals with the Tigers in the belief that under Marshall and a heavily-invested Hagipantelis, the club had moved past troubled times.
Prop Stefano Utoikamanu has a clause in his 2024 contract that allows him to leave if the Wests Tigers miss the finals next season.
What’s the point? Let him go now.
The determinations of the review are unlikely to be detailed before December, right when Marshall is in the middle of his important pre-season.
In the meantime, Hagipantelis is standing firm after it was voted unanimously that he continue as a director and chair for a further three years by both the Balmain and Wests Magpies directors of the joint-venture club last month.
The twist came when he was recently asked to stand down by Holman Barnes Group representative Tony Andreacchio.
Andreacchio and the HBG feel betrayed that news of Hagipantelis’ extension as chair went public while the review was still ongoing. Did they seriously think it would remain quiet for three months?

Pascoe will be interviewed for the sake of the review next week.
It will be the CEO’s word against a podcaster.

Yep, seems like some have a lot to say now that things are underway. Some major jealousy been brewing...its bordering on interrogation and harrasment
I had plenty to say about it prior.Yep, seems like some have a lot to say now that things are underway.
To ask to put a hold to things for 3 months is ridiculous. Here's the bulk of the Riccio article detailing the damage the podcasters have done to the club.

The last 10 years feels like the latter with all due respect Todd.Pretty sure everyone posting on here has had a lot to say.
You can't expect to post platitudes and falsehoods and not have them challenged.
It's a forum, not an echo chamber.
Are you siding with the article and agree that they’ve done this? Or are you pointing out that the article is just a fluff piece? Because that’s all it is. It’s just pure garbage. Here's the bulk of the Riccio article detailing the damage the podcasters have done to the club.

Whatever anyone thinks of Lee, a successful wealthy lawyer proprietor of a successful law firm that has been a passionate Wests and Wests Tigers fan for decades is just going to walk out after pumping 10 million large into the club is seriously misguided.
Think of the possible reputational damage to him and his firm as this plays out in the media.
It may also lessen his passion for the club.
What of Api who recently resigned with these guys.
What of Benji and John Morris.
We are not the Broncos with an untouchable identity whereby the total management, ownership and board could be replaced......and no one would hardly notice.
Our club is a delicate balance of old and new fans of different parent clubs.
If this doesn't get of the press quickly it's all downhill.
