Guys like Latu Fainu (who we all have high hopes for) has done nothing and might well turn out to be bog average like many other gun halves throughout history.
I've heard Fulton is a douche and no one likes him. I'd rather have a respected recruitment officer that specialises in relationships in the pathways segment as established players clearly don't want to come to our club due to it being a steaming pile of horse shit.
WT have had potential for decent teams since 2011 such as the crop from 2014-2017 but the board once again cocked it all up by hiring the wrong coaches and making rash decisions.
Clearly the way forward is investing in juniors and establishing a successful pathways system and culture at the club which seemingly doesn't currently exist. I don't see anything changing next year.

We have run dead last over the last two years & have showed no signs of improving. Out of our last 100 games we’ve only won 27 of them…. 27 !!! We as fans have been dealing with mediocrity for far too long & the fans have every right to demand change. The fans aren’t volunteering themselves onto the board or wanting to apply to be CEO or Chair all we want is change. Pascoe has overseen mediocrity since 2015 & Lee can’t get over the sound of his own voice whilst constantly shooting himself & the club in the foot.
How are we supposed to believe anything these guys say in terms of the future when all we’ve been is lied to from the guys above? how are people quick to forget that it was these guys who sabotaged our season this year?

Even if that were true your supposition that the majority of the fan base would like to see like to see the whole thing burned to the ground and start again, the club is privately owned.......the owners wouldn't like to see that happening.

The other thing whatever the findings and recommendations of the review arethe different factions will argue about choice of reviewers, whether the recommendations were properly applied, the recommendations themselves as well as the qualifications of the reviewers.....this process is already happening creating further divisions.
Can just imagine prospective recruits and sponsors reading this in the press.
The people with a burn the place down mentality will have ample room to have their views thrive.
