We held our own in most departments, but you will not beat good sides when you have no pace in your back three. We were pedestrian out wide. I was very impressed with the Storm they controlled the game for the whole 80 minutes. If in fact Benji is a shot duck for the season, we are in big trouble,but gee we have some talent in the u20s

Some people on here amaze me!!
We were beaten by a better team who played a better structured gameplan and executed much better than our team did. I'm very proud of our boys and although they could have definitely played better they didn't and we were beaten by a better team on the day.
If we had of won that game by coming back late with some opportunist tries then I would not have been satisfied at all. As it is our boys put in a good effort but just couldnt pull it together and didn't deserve the 2 points today.

Refs were terrible. In the first 20 they we couldn't buy a penalty when the storm were holding down every tackle. They go on with so much garbage in the tackles it makes me hate the game. Refs need to get on top of it. We had a few lucky penalties in the second half though and couldn't do much with the ball. It's Miller Time!

We should have got at least 4 penalties in the first half with them holding down and Cronk being blatently off side when we were attacking their line. And when we did get any penalties, they were on the first tackle, we never got one on the 3rd or 4th tackle when they can really help us.
I didnt notice it as much in the 2nd half, but in the first the refs were a joke.

Melbourne are by far the dirtiest team in the comp.The guys on the radio said manu should of been sent of for the crusher(didnt see it so no comment)And they are the refs pets when it comes to the ruck

Its not unusual unfortunantly.
The storm may have been the better side today but what gets me no Bengi no attack our backs were all at sea so what do we do next week without Bengi dont tell me our present halves are the answer Moltzens bomb was a beauty but setting up plays i am not so sure he is not a playmaker any thoughts on next weeks halves
