Yeah the first we hear of it was from CALVIN who SAID he got it from someone INSIDE teh ROOMS during it happening..

So you believe the clubs word in this case do you? That means you believe Fulton was "ill all week," and then "couldn't complete the warm-up," right?

Firstly there was no player on standby so he couldn't have been ill all week and secondly, he never attempted the warm-up, he didn't even get out of the sheds for it.

Do you honestly believe that? Because it is a dead set lie, there is no other way to put it.

Completely ignoring any needle or anything printed in the Telegraph, what we were told on Sunday was a fabrication.

Southern, I am only passing judgement on what we were told by the club on Sunday. Ignoring Dr Kuah completely for a second, does anyone actually believe the above? Because if you do then honestly you need help, seriously.

the first i heard of this was the thread started by calvins.
he said it was a needle aimed at the calf
he also said this was a fact.

now we have this report and then the sheens statements.

Um, no he isn't, he's relying on the information told to us by the club on Sunday, which was a lie.

Regardless of what happened with the needle, we were told false information on Sunday and that is not good enough.

the people that matter know, and that is all that should count… Why should the club have to keep trying to explain them selves to the fans and in some cases SO CALLED FANS with everything that they dont aggree with.. Wayne Cousins would be a busy man and 24/7/365 publishing every single knock back or problems or team selection that happened at WT

The CLUB will not tell anybody unless it is 100% neccesary.... and in this case.. that many rumours flying around eg CALVIN again who cant even get it remotely right, if they did say really what happened would people beleive it.. probably not

But some people like CALVIN and Co cant get that through their thick heads

eddie, to be fair it seems most people here are basing their arguments off conflicting reports in the media.
if it is proven to correct that his lung was punctured then it makes two things pretty clear:

1 - The person who administered the injection should be reviewed regardless of who they are, both as a safety precaution and for their own professional benefit.
2 - Covering up a punctured lung is one thing. Sure, keep those personal physical things out of the public domain by all means as we don't need to know about it, but for the club to lie about it is completely unacceptable.

there are probably more facts behind it that aren't being revealed; the Telegraph probably got it's scoop from some balding drongo from hicksville for all we know. Again, we shouldn't make a verdict based off something reported in a tabloid. However, that being said, it is a sorry situation and it hasn't been handled well.

Im just trying to put 2 and 2 together boss. The Tigers version that he was crook all week holds no water as we had to pull a player out of the stands - fact.

* Fulton doesn't make it out to warm up, no player on stand by
* Spends a night in hospital due to complications with an injury (the club told us that)

Your right we are speculating. We do no what happened for certain. I have my opinion, and I reckon it is a more realistic version of events then others. What is childish is the spin doctors chasing and hounding posters through 10 pages

this thread is the first time ive entered the kuah 'mystery needle' debate. i have waited until there was an actual press article about it. now because i choose to believe the telegraphs one, as opposed to the clubs once (which has already changed its story) i am personally attacked for being spineless. what action will be taken over this?
