This is what I've been saying. Its a player problem. The combined IQ of our team is 50
 
The more i watch these guys i am convinced that the players themselves are the problem - there is just a total lack of effort from most individuals in the team.

100% its a player problem. Culture etc can only do so much. Hence why we dont need TPJ
