No, but you can teach defensive structure, you can inspire camaraderie, grit and will to win in a group.

This team is a bunch of individuals who cannot function as a team. They don't want to be there, they're not listening to the coach and they seem content losing and accepting a pay check.

Madge built this roster. He's just as accountable as the players that are out there.

The membership sticker is coming off the car after this. Normally I let the summer sun peel it off in the new year but I don’t want to be reminded I am a member after this dismal season.
