You are spot on Hobbo, Doueihi was a five eighth coming through the juniors, Souths tried him at fullback because they had Walker.
Whilst he has height, he has no pace and is out of position too much for a fullback.

His positioning is appalling. There was also absolutely no reason he shouldn't have caught that bomb straight after halftime either. It was really poor from him and put the team under immense pressure while he cooled his heels on the sideline from HIA. I think the concern moving forward is he has been caught out several times with positioning which kind of makes you question is he actually learning if he keeps making the same mistakes?

He was awful, but before that he'd been rock solid all year. There are a lot bigger problems in this team than Doueihi, such as our halves.

No doubt the halves are a problem. He has been caught out many times this year not just last night. Like i said, if you learn from your mistakes than you can tolerate it, but i'm a bit surprised how easily he is still getting caught.

Madge has done wonders with our forward pack but he’s got a mountain to climb when it comes to our 1,6,7 & 9

Maybe not 9, if Simpkin is as good as they say, we will have the 9 covered, the halves I would be trying Doueihi at 6, maybe pair him with Brooks as both are under contract for next year, fullback is a concern, maybe our new junior chook could cut it

We must have watched a different game - I do recall however two terrible passes from Rowdy to the winger.

As said earlier, I'll defer to Madge to sack Nofo if he believes he's at fault. I'm certain it will happen if you're correct.

One of the passes went forward and the other one Rowdy didn't even look when he threw it.

We badly need BJ back, Lawrence was solid in defence, but he is not attacking center anymore! If BJ was there a few passes could easily found Nofoaluma.

Nofo was hardly even there.

In fact at one point Lawrence put an in-and-away on Sivo and found no winger to use.

But we need BJ less for his passes to wingers and more for his early-tackle hitups. Sorely lacking size from our backs carries.
