Seyfarth was very obviously targeted in our red zone in defence or when they got a roll on ....he doesn't get up quick enough and is still slow laterally ...they scored twice because he was barely off defenders when they were playing the ball

We got badly rolled up the guts again and we lacked line speed after the 1st 20 ...we tried a passive defence v Parra and got flogged 1st game and basically we went passive again

- he constantly penalised us by giving the Eels 6 again for what appeared to be no reason .. he constantly said not quick enough getting off the players .. but when i watched it the ref called held and we got off immediately but he still called 6 again .. ?? Im confused as when the Eels were defending he would call, but the Eels constantly held onto us or throw us to the ground then rolled over over us .. but alas .. no 6 again .. ?? does any have the 6 again count to both sides in that game .. ??

- in the Moses try .. JTJ was in chase and about to dive for Moses when Blake changed direction and collided with JTJ .. umm sorry but isnt that called running the player off the ball, which denied JTJ an opportunity, which is a penalty .. ??

- in general play Douiehi puts a grubber kick through .. the Eels player traps the ball with his foot and another Eels player infront of the player who trapped the ball dives on the ball .. ref lets the play go on as Parra's ball .. umm isnt that accidentally offside and a penalty to us .. ??

This is just a sample of the inconsistencies that happened during that game on the weekend .. it really seemed as if the ref had it in against us .. !!

For the record: I have no qualms if they remove the 6-again rule, I was never particularly upset about "the wrestle" in the first place. I preferred tough tight games of football than this touch-football style we have. I think high-scoring affairs can become a bit of a farce.

Not really, the current rules are a real turn off. I’d take a win, but the games would still be rubbish.

the new rules have done nothing for the metrics that we're sold to us, only increase tries, laying down and score blowouts. Yes I prefer the wrestle.
