But when the same player makes the same mistakes what seems every week it becomes increasingly frustrating

The refs so far this year have been as average as our defense and its gotta change. Better to have Laurie in the halves than Madden. He steered his team around for another loss in Reggies ?‍♂️

My takeaways from today’s game. AJ looks injured and shouldn’t be playing. Still can’t catch a bomb if his life dependent on it. BJ is lazy and has no brains and shouldn’t be in the team. Twal is not a Lock!!!!! Brooks is not a halfback and we will NEVER play finals if he is our number 7.

Well for what’s it worth here is my 2 bob worth about this team after today ......
This that are obvious and can be fixed
- BJ out
- Garner out
- our right side defence

Things that can’t be fixed short term
- 5/8 situation (Luke Kerry just killed us today)
- 2nd row ( we just don’t have 2 in the to 30)
- Ball playing lock (we just don’t have one)

We had a tough initiation to the season 2021 and we can only get better. At present we are in a hole that the coach and the players need to dig themselves out of.

But yes I’m very disappointed with today’s effort as most of us fans are.

I agree with what Madge told the players at half time.. they’re not playing like a team. These guys wouldn’t know how to spell the word. Now the question I have is..
Of the 50 odd employees working in various administrative and coaching roles, is there anyone, anyone capable of building a team from this group?

Can Brooks play fullback? Can't see why not, he can run with the footy. Then Laurie can play half. Can only be an improvement.

But why is he persevering with certain players when it's clear they're not up to it and dragging the team down?
That's setting us up for failure if you ask me.
