I agree. He is getting paid good dollars. He needs time and he has a lot of positives but his defense is just so poor. Teams are just running it at him. He hits hard at times and completely misses tackles at other times.

If you watch him it’s because his technique is rubbish. He often doesn’t put his body in front nor does he put his shoulders into a tackle- it’s all just arm grabbing with him.

That’s right. He has to recieve the opportunity to prove he is no good, just as he has to prove he can be consistent. He was good last week, yet aweful today. That’s how young halves play.

It’s really funny how this team plays one or two good games and all of a sudden we all get excited that - Yes we’ve turned the corner- we immediately forget why we have been rubbish for so long. Back to the inevitable realisation that we have a poor roster with few quality players, so when a handful of our top 17 are out we simply don’t have the quality to perform.
