he NRL has become simply entertainment. It is no longer a sporting contest nor should it be viewed as that. The betting industry has ensured that. Lower your expectations, this is the NRL. Several of my friends, past NRL aficionados, refuse to watch anymore.

Are you serious ? The clock wound down to zero . He takes the shot … then a further 5 seconds goes by … and miraculously there’s 1 , I repeat 1!!!! Second on the clock . I’ve been around and played my fair share of games and I have never not ever seen that in a rugby league match . Not even a rugby union match . I’ve seen it in basketball … and that’s about it .

So if you want to preach to me the nrl cum filled load then I’m not having it .
Not to mention literally 3 years ago they changed the rule because funnily enough the cowboys got screwed after the bell in a play the ball. So the clock is supposed to run out in these situations .

Get it into your head, though I think you may struggle to do so. The FoxSports and Channel 9 clocks are NOT THE OFFICIAL CLOCK, and as such can be wrong, and is wrong quite often.

I am not backing the NRL at all, the result was a joke. But the clock we see on TV is not synced to the official clock. Therefore it was likely correct that there was still 1 second left. Only people at the ground who did see the clock on the big screen could confirm or deny how long there was as they have the official clock available to them.

So unless you were there then you cannot say what was or was not, and have to go with the time that was used (which was 1 second left).

Should there be evidence given to prove me wrong (using the official clock, and not tv times) then I will admit to being wrong, but I doubt that will happen.

I've been going a bit nuts since the rort. Wrote a complaint to the NRL to ask them to overturn and been flagging their Facebook posts for misinformation.

Get on the keyboards guys and hit their inboxes. They need to correct this one. Not just 1 decision, but 4!!

- Stopped the kick clock when 90 secs allowed
- Added 1 sec to the clock when it had hit 0.
- Allowed a challenge when no stoppage which was not picked up by any referee.
- Made the worst decision for an escort ever. Total milk.

That was possibly the most disgraceful end to a game ive ever seen the bias and NRL corruption is alive and well. They will justify it somehow but bloody hell thats up there, i really wasnt all that surprised.

Imagine if that cost a team a finals win or state of origin, the clown would be at the dole queue
