maybe next year, the usual saying and next year we will say the same thing

This team can rack off to Perth for all I care. I'm over supporting a team that can't be bothered putting in when it matters most.

dont let the door hit you on the way out champ!

Hopefully it will swing back and hit you in the face.

Stop whinging - are you a supporter or not?

Sound like a fairweather supporter to me. You say you don't care - great supporter you are!

Supporters like you we can do without.

We were never going to make up the ground on the top 8.
Whether this week or any of the remaining weeks of season proper.
We just ran out of troops and enthusiasm.

On paper the forward pack just did not do it for me this week.
And as in other games this year that we lost, when our forwards don’t get on top our backline is just not good enough.

Let’s not delusion ourselves here ….. this is just above average side ..... and the engine only sometimes stutters into action.
We have overachieved this year so, even though these games are a dissapointment, I’m also happy with what little success we have had.

Well said M & M - voice of reason amongst all the tearing apart. Agree with all you said.

I'm not renewing my membership and I'm gonna support Melbourne.

Thank God for that - that will get rid of 50% of the negativity on here.

You'll love supporting the cheats.

Yeah it was terribly depressing there…
The gay boys heading to the Celine Dion concert next door looked up for a good night.
Game day experience is absolute garbage nowadays much easier to watch from the comfort of home

Well im a bit off topic but for the first time in years I chose to stay home for a Sydney game.

Why?

I don’t mind fighting Friday traffic, paying for parking, queuing to get out, sitting in a soulless stadium…...

But I’m not doing it for 1 game of footy.

I’ve decided that if there’s not 2 games of rugby league (not touch) I’m no longer going.

Sad really because I’ve been going to games every weekend all my life

I agree with you Steve. In Sydney I used to love going with my mates and watch 3 games in an arvo, close up to the action and then home to go out Satta nite. You could chat girls up in between games.

You may know a few of the under 18s so have a friendly dig at them from the sidelines and they would laugh as well.

Well I’m not sure I was chatting girls up in between games ? but definitely miss the ‘day at the footy’ experience.

And yeah, I played school footy with a few guys that played for Balmain so always enjoyed catching up with them etc etc

I would give Holland a go - not too expensive and a goal kicker.

Played well last night - even though the opposition was z grade.

Yuck! Ordinary player at best (IMHO).

Playing under a tight rein did not suit him - he was off the leash last night again and was quite good.

Maybe you were not watching.

Yeah - pretty hopeless that guy!!!

Twal only getting 16 mins is criminal. Looked so much better when he was on imo

Out of all the posts from people justifiably venting their frustration at last night’s non-effort you pick mine to have a go at. You know nothing about me or my involvement or my history in supporting this club, so you can take your uninformed and judgmental slur on my character and stick it where the sun don’t shine!

Id quit watching the game entirely if i gave up following the Tigers.
Jumping ship to follow another club is just plain foul.

Whatever - you'll be here next year for more punishment, like the rest of us.

Don't say, what you don't mean - it's easy.

Sick of losing mate, I can't remember what it's like to have a 50% win season.

We are useless, have been for 50 years

You know you're utterly hopeless when the highlight of your life is the 76' Amco Cup win

it maybe yours - not mine.

Your name says it all.

Grew up in Balmain, went to my first game in 62', don't need affirmation of concurrence from you Russ. And yes love a latte
