Bubble and no crowds balance of season only solution

So was I correct in thinking that there was no existing bubble?

All except for balcony breeches it seems

nrl shoukd bring the finals back to nsw in a bubble stuff the Queensland's they won't have any teams qualify anyway

This is a dumb comment. It's not a case of QLD V NSW. It's a case of trying to keep the game going. I'm sure some outside of QLD are hanging out for an outbreak similar to that which has taken place in Sydney. Like I said, the QLD govt. are desperate to keep it at bay. I think everyone should hope they succeed. If not, the comp is over for the year - which may not mean a whole lot to anyone only interested in WT, but the game is bigger than that. Delta spreads very quickly. Quick lockdowns seem to be the only way to deal with it at this point. Gladbags method of local lockdowns was a roadmap to failure. I'm sure nobody would expect others to follow the same strategy.

Moneyshay is happy to let movie stars in to state but famikies visiting dying family members not allowed.
Dr Young and moneyshay and chuckles are morons
Also hypocrisy of Moneyshay going to Japan
move games to Northern nsw

Sometimes it's better to not respond.

Labor voter good on you

Or simply someone not wanting to unnecessarily go into the months of lockdown like us.

Moneyshay
Dr Young

absolute muppets

Our dope in NSW should have done this in Bondi. Now we'll be at home for two months.

Good on the for taking early action.

test all the players and play with no crowds
inconsistent government especially when Anna flew straight into Japan a covid hotspot

Thanks. Fine I suppose if they were an exclusive booking, but having trouble fathoming that the NRL weren't on top of this stuff.

Two months and a lot of money tied up in this, not forgetting the need of community to have such an important a release (maybe burden for some) for many during these trying times.

The NRL has placed all 16 clubs on Level 4 biosecurity protocols in the wake of the Queensland government announcing a snap three-day lockdown on Saturday morning.

All clubs have been advised to inform their players to return to the team hotels and remain at the team hotels until further notice...............

In hindsight you're right re NSW.

I very much doubt Qld would be going this hard if Sydney didn't have the problems we do. At least they can learn from our mistakes.

No more games as of 4pm today for the next 3 days.

If it was going to happen we needed it to happen at 4pm yesterday.

Cummins wanted to reach his milestone ..

Compared to the Gold Class standard of NSW? Please.

apparently government did not give any consultation or heads up to nrl prior to making the call.
Hope the finals are moved out of qld

So is it just the games at Suncorp and CBUS affected or is it more?

So my QLD geography is not very good

More than that, the teams that travelled north have apparently been told they can't play either, as they only left Brisbane yesterday, if I heard correctly...

thats correct - but i think at this stage the games at suncorp today are still on. do;nt know how melbourne get on after that.
