In light of a bad situation MR C.W Heighnington certainly made the right decision to stay at the tigers with Simon Dwyer out for the whold next season…Looks like he will be in the starting back row now.

On Simon dwyer a little funny story. A mate of mine has his claim to fame as getting a hit put on him by dwyer in juniors that broke his collarbone and then Dwyer continued to drag him over the sideline.
If that is the respect Dwyer has for his opponents then i hope for the tigers and the fellas future that he is successful at overcoming this serious nerve injury.

Agreed. CW has been our most consistent player over past 5yrs. Noticed he goes better when he gets a bit of a rest, whereas Ellis is a string 80min player.

Rhino is the perfect 'Pig' that every team needs… I'm glad he is a Tiger and I hope he stays for a few more years and doesnt get caught up in the 'desire to play Rep Footy' hype, as he isnt that player.

Heighno has made the right decision and I'm certainly happy with it.

Yes we are he is the sort of player with plenty of heart, commitment, loyalty, dedication, professionalism, teamwork, ability, get up and go, determination and will to win that every club needs. I've probably left some superlatives out but with a bloke like Heighno it's too difficult to capture them all. By the way, I reckon he's not a bad player. :wink:
