Gosh, I wonder where he learned that behaviour?Luke just keeps coming up with the wrong options at the crucial time, which cost us big time.

185 games...and were still talking about potential. After 9 Seasons potential is talent that doesn't exist.Brooksy is the most beat up player I’ve ever seen.
Is it because he is the canary in the mineshaft? He has developed into a rocks and diamonds type player in whom we can all see the tremendous potential. A club doesn’t pay $1m for a player who doesn’t have upside potential, not even WT.
We (or rather the club) should be more focussed on how we developed Brooks into the player he is today, otherwise it’s meaningless to churn out excited juniors who follow in Brooks footsteps.

Nothing between the ears.Gosh, I wonder where he learned that behaviour?
If you’re referring to Sheens - he bought 2/4 through - Potter bought through Brooks and Moses.
As you were
If we play out that set on their tryline and either we score or give them possession back on their 1m line, then I think we run out the clock , go into half time at 12 and have a much greater chance to win. Did I see some good things from him yes I did. But he does things that my U15s halfback wouldn’t even do.Any player with nearly 200 games under their belt should've had the awareness to not have a kick smothered ON TACKLE 2 when we hadn't been down their end for 15mins, and had a man in the Bin. We conceded 2 tries to end the half. Stop defending him, he's horrible. We have all the momentum in the final 5mins and he kicks out on the full, he has and never will have the smarts or the composure. He was the difference between the 2 sides.
No other club would have persisted for so long. Decisions like this kind of sum up why this club is losertown.
So is the refs fault now?Brooks copped a high shot from Mitch Moses right in front of the posts with 10-15minutes to go last night, refs eyes were in his pocket?! But when Moses called out Brooksy flop the ref gave him and the eels the penalty. It is too hard to win and play well when the whole world is against is. How can one player get treated like royalty from the ref and our guy is a nothing. We need the attitude of us vs the world at the moment. Brooksy did get shrugged off by Moses for that try but he tried to make up for it. Am not trying to stick up for Brooksy but only realised last night how complex this situation is.
I say the same thing when a player in my Supercoach is struggling. Fortunately in Suprercoach, you don’t have contracts and real money to have to balance.Brooks needs another club, and we need a decent half / five eight...sounds like a pretty easy decision to make, to the content of all concerned...
Disagree; he is bog average at best.Brooksy is the most beat up player I’ve ever seen.

Tackled player was still in motion, can't see how it was considered a flop. As someone else sai,d is Moses the new Cam Smith?Brooks copped a high shot from Mitch Moses right in front of the posts with 10-15minutes to go last night, refs eyes were in his pocket?! Exactly how many players at this club are above bog average? Especially in the spine.Disagree; he is bog average at best.
No, cos Smith was a actually a winner. Moses is a choker.Tackled player was still in motion, can't see how it was considered a flop. As someone else sai,d is Moses the new Cam Smith?
You have a right to be upset, for every 2 good things Brooks does he includes a howler.Disagree; he is bog average at best.
'Potential' still being discussed after 9 years is bullshit.
Blaming the club for developing him into being hopeless: also bullshit.
So many excuses.
I haven't watched the whole match, though from the highlights, which Luke was very prominent in, have little doubt that he put more effort into the match than most.Brooks copped a high shot from Mitch Moses right in front of the posts with 10-15minutes to go last night, refs eyes were in his pocket?! Agree mate, to me he has no game awareness. When he put that kick in, regardless of it being smothered, Parra would've tidied it easily anyway, it was a brain dead option. If we play out that set on their tryline and either we score or give them possession back on their 1m line, then I think we run out the clock , go into half time at 12 and have a much greater chance to win. True, but players and clubs can agree to part ways...But to your point, no club has shown any real interest in Brooks, even at a reduced rate, though...which to my mind is a measure of his worth on the market.I say the same thing when a player in my Supercoach is struggling.
