Mate ,Brooks had Mbye alongside of him who is a specialist halves player,Brooks played very well in those few games....but everyone bagged Moses because of his paycheck that Ivan gave him...I think the wrong guy has moved on...but Moses will do well at the Dragons...Brooks may improve or as Hobbo says punt him....

Might be in need of new batteries for your detector Zig.

I just thought it was a new way of looking at the situation, and a fresh new approach. I think it needs to be discussed in great depth some more.

I think , and this is out of the box stuff, that we move Brooks to coach, take him off the board completely… we solve 2 problems at once and no matter what happens we have improved 2 positions! Thoughts everyone? ?

Raiders need a half to partner Wighton.

Frawley and Swilliams both off contract currently and both are subpar. The only other half option contracted to them next year that I can see is Brad Schneider (1 appearance).

The club needs to be encouraging a trade of sorts or just plain offloading him.

He is inhibiting any growth of the team and is too passive as a senior player and as our halfback.

I still stand by my Brooks to Raiders, Tapine to Titans and Fogarty to us trade. If not that then something of the sort.

We need outside the box solutions but hypothetically even if Brooks was to take us to the finals in 2022 he doesn’t have the temperament to stand up in the big games and we would drop our bundle as a result.

I can’t tell if this is sarcasm or not.

Brooks and the Wests Tigers are not compatible. Though both parties bring issues to the relationship, think it’s time to acknowledge the bad outweighs the good. Time for both parties to move on into the next chapter and let the healing begin.

It's so frustrating the club persists trying to force this square in a circle shaped hole.

So typical of this club that it isnt prepared to reshape its circular hole. I swear this club is so far behind the rest of the clubs. Every other club either has square shaped holes these days or the really good ones are able to adapt to different shapes, but no we are stuck with Pascoe & Lee sticking to their "tried and true" round holes. I wonder if Sheens will address this.

What does everyone think? Would Brooks flourish if we had a different CEO who was less dogmatic about the holes we have to fill here at the Tigers? I think it needs to be discussed.

He might find it easier defending in the middle at 9 and it would suit his running game.
