The 7 can be a role player. Sezer lastcyear was a role player in the Raiders team last year same as Townsend for Sharks.
Hindsiggt is a wonderful thing but looks like we let the wrong half go in Moses

And then we have the whole Huth , Seyfarth and Clark situation

Of the three Huth is easily the best of the game they play ...he doesn't get dominated in attack like the other two do ...and is better defensively

We still have no sting on our edges ...Lucy is a step in the right direction ..but we are using him as a 80 minute player ...he loses his effectiveness

Joey has shown little from what we saw in the Warriors trial ...Mbye isn't getting quality ball in attacking situations

Talau looked good last night and hopefully he gets a chance to string some games together ....Nofoaluma is getting away from what makes him a good running winger ...he loses effectiveness when he changes direction ...he is far better off using some footwork at the line and try and get quicker play the balls

Many are saying we are 2-3 players away from a good side .....I don't think so ...many of these guys don't gel

We need to go back to the start ...show faith in Madge .....give him some latitude to build a good squad around some key signings

This squad is so far away from a premiership it's not funny in my opinion

Yes it’s all about getting the right players to balance the team, we haven’t had a balanced side since 2011!

They all don’t have to be superstars either, however one or two real game breakers would be nice. CHN in the forwards and Munster in the backs would help turn this team into a Premiership threat.

I like what I’ve seen from him in past years but he needs a change.
His a local boy that’s managed to succeed in his dream of playing for his local professional team getting paid half a million dollars a season and probably still lives round the corner from his mom.
He needs to move interstate or overseas.
I don’t care if he succeeds as a ‘halfback’ in another team. I’ll be happy for him.
If his strength is running and defence, we’ll seizer has that in spades.
His also a left foot kicker and he plays predominantly on the left side and kicks goals.
With Reynolds still around next year I feel that could be a good combination. Also assists with not rushing Madden into first grade.
Brooks needs to go he really does, for the benefit of us and for the benefit of him. His not a 5/8, his a halfback that has lost his confidence and has never found his voice, his kicking game has gone backwards and aside from backing up a couple of runs others have started he doesn’t have a good running game either.
But it all starts with naming Marshall in the 7 next week to play on the left side. (Reynolds is much better on the right).

Well I'm not sure about Thommo either , but he suits the game Grant plays and will follow him up the guts (and others and create more 2nd phase )
