With our inability to recruit atm letting Brooks go, with a shortage of quality players let alone half backs, would be the dumbest thing this club could do. I have been critical of Brooks on many occasions but my expectations of him are higher than those around him, and he is streets ahead of nearly all our players. When we go well it always has a positive impact on his game. We need to surround him with better players, before another club ups the anti and does.

100%. Been one of our best this year, always has good effort too. Manly tore us open a lot last week and he was there to shut it down on many occasions as one of the few that pulled their thumbs out to chase. Conversely, watching the Liddle break, again he was one of the few backing up to support

💯 the people who hate on him this far into the season when he’s probably our top 3 just about every week must get bored

Any one with half a footy brain would know we need to look at our centre’s & second row options long before we look at moving our halfback on

Thank you for mentioning me. Even with my half brain (which coincidently is still 16 times greater than yours) all you need is to look at the stats on every game this year. He has been outplayed for all except 4. A Half Back is THE most crucial position on the field, but of course you don't understand that. I wish I could draw you a diagram, but you wouldn't understand that either.

Yes I am sure Joey Johns would turn our soft marshmallow forwards into a premiership contender. They turn to water as soon as they come up against any forward pack that even slightly gets over the top of them and offer no answer.

As for our centre’s who had a combined 21 missed tackles over the weekend … Talau making 5326 errors a game, yep that’s our halfbacks fault.

We need more reasonably good players to attract any decent players including a leader.

It would be so Tigers like to get rid of one of our best performers this year and replace him with Hastings who is not proven at NRL level. Would definitely signal a complete rebuild.

Should probably use the Warriors as the example whom not only got the decision wrong to move on Johnson but admitted to it by rerecruiting him.
