How anyone can defend Brooks is mind boggling..
Surely they're having a laugh.

The fan club has dwindled.
The guy is lost.

Average at best.
Mostly poor.

Seriously needs a fresh start elsewhere but wouldn't expect any different. The guy just isn't that good.

Are you suggesting a different position Demps? Do you see him as a 6 or 9?

Anywhere his new club chooses ?

He's rinsed at the Tigers.
Needs a shoulder tappin'

Maybe if Brooks opened the doors of perception in his mind, he’d go to the next level. Maybe it’s what’s holding him back?

Needs to stop living in fear eh and gravitate to the love?

He needs a good team around him to light his fire.

How many teams and how many forwards ,5/8 ,fb,hookers does Brooks need after 170 games to show us he is a leading NRL standard 1/2 back....its beyond the joke now ...he is a junior ,but hasnt made it at NRL level...many others havent also but this joint keeps persisting to the point that we have to punt the coach...JT.Potter,now Madge...wake up and smell the roses, the fan club really needs to give it up....

This is bang on, Brooks is just another player who looked great coming through the junior grades but never developed into an NRL player.

The Tigers continual insistence of wedding the success of the club to Luke Brooks success as a player is bordering on weird.

Any other club would have shown him the door years ago a la Kyle Flannigan but instead we have upgraded him multiple times till he’s now our top earner.

It really beggars belief.

Think he needs to buy a crib at Woden and settle in for some cold winters wearing an ugly green jersey.

Been saying this for a long time and goes back to the support staff discussion. The club has let Brooks down by not having a full time sports psychologist in the support staff. I would like to see how Brooks performs next year with a full time counsellor and therapist looking after him before games and at half time.

What is everyones opinion on this important addition?

I’d bring the footy whisperer back personally. It could be the key to Brooks finally grabbing the brass ring.

As if, he would never go. He doesn’t care how poorly performs, he gets paid regardless and never gets dropped. The only people who care about Brooks poor performances are us fans, he couldn’t give a rats

He has been doing wonders at the Roosters. Would be good for AD & Twal as well.

What more can we possibly do for this guy ?
Haha, therapists and psychs employed to get the best out of him?

He's a failed experiment.
He should be selling gym memberships by now.

We should cut our losses and build for a future beyond this guy and our years of mediocrity.

I think we have a duty of care to the guy and a moral responsibility to give him all he needs to be the best possible version of himself.

What about exhuming Sigmund Freud and giving him some one on one sessions with Brooks and really get in his head. Maybe that’s the answer. What’s everyone think?

Maybe a hypnotist to convince him he can be a premiership halfback

I think you have to be realistic about this GNR. There is a lot at stake here, the success of the club we love, the coaches career and the career of possibly the most loved Wests Tigers player of all time. Its not to be mocked or flippant about. Its important and deserves serious and detailed discussion and I dont think enough here are taking it seriously.

Or Ivan Pavlov, he could have Brooks salivating at the thought of playing finals footy. (probably elsewhere)
