Four signings , how many of them were known to this forum before they were known by the media ? Correct me if I'm wrong but it is zero . For all the talk in this part of the forum , it has result in zero "scoops" . The chance of this being true is low . In any case I think Burt is great player and would be a very good first choice FB for Wests Ts.

I heard whispers about this one two months ago, nothing concrete, I heard the name thrown around. I did not put much faith in it at the time but maybe where theirs smoke theirs fire.

I am a Luke Burt fan and would be perfect for Wests Tigers whilst Tesdeco is developing in the lower grades.

I just can't see Parramatta letting him go or having room in salary cap for him unless Lote retires at the end of 2011 due to injuries.

Mitch Brown should be given first shot at full back in 2012

Fwiw he hasnt been on here since he posted that.

Parra have signed a half, 5/8 and a couple of centres, have quite a few up n coming backs in Loko & Morgan too, hayne will go back to fullback….maybe he's being squeezed out ala Moltz Gibbs etc???

He's had a shocking year with injury.

It would be a bit of a shame for Burt to be squeezed out this late in his career at the Eels.

Surely in the NRL we can do more to accomodate guys who have stayed loyal to clubs like Burt has, he should be able to stay a one club man.

I don't think Luke Burt is as bad as everyone seems to mention. Good backup kicker. Has a bit of speed and isn't scared to have a go.

Remember he plays behind a garbage team and has done so for a few years now. Might be a good buy at the right price just to squeeze a year or two out of him….....

I'm not saying he is an immortal. Could do a lot worse.

So we are getting rid of Moltzen, Mckinnon and Mullaney to sign Burt. PLEASE!! Something is telling me that the club has someone better in mind than Burt. Especially the way Moltzen is playing now. I think we will see Brown and Reddy play fullback next year with a big name signing for 2013.
