dont thnik Ive rated him ever, but he's going ok at the moment. Between Blore, Garner and LL we have 80 mins of quality backrowers.

is Blore back round 7 or 10?

I've always rated him. Has been inconsistent at times but that happens with an out of sorts team. But when he is on he is very handy in attack and defence.
The problem with both him and LL is they are struggling with 80 mins and the speed of the game. Again, victims of a directionless team that is often on the back foot.

Yeah they can’t play the mins the coach is after. But player and coach seem to have found middle ground now. He’s been great off the bench

But in saying that, inconsistent players are the DNA of an out of sorts team

Solid game again. I really can't see Blore just walking in and taking his spot straight up with his lack of footy and speed of the game. Then there is the cohesion in defence. No way Blore can play 80 mins straight up, but then again...Jake Simpkin did fine. Good problem to have I suppose but I really think we need to be patient with Blore and for the moment Gardner is holding his own

Tbh I really rate Blore and Garner and after Offas defensive laps in multiple games that lead to tries, I’d be dumping him to 18th man

Deserves to start against manly. Then again maybe the fact he's coming off the bench is what's making him play better. Once Blore is back there will be someone decent missing out most weeks

Yeah don't like Joffa at 2nd row. TM has been good last 2 games off the bench. Can't see it happening but not feeling much love for Tamou to be honest. Am one was strong in reserve grade

Garner off the bench is great. He looks most likely to fire up and deck someone. Blore to start on an edge and Offa to the middle.

Still disappointed that we didn't put a price on latrines head. Blore and Amone need to come in ASAP as I think a more aggressive style suits us. You saw a couple of the boys really fire up after the push and shove in the first half and from that point we looked better. I think teams can just compress against us and belt the middles who are good players individually but don't return fire often enough as they just aren't aggressive.

No idea who to drop, Tamou on form but cannot see that happening.

If the team stays the same they need to remember it isn't just the process that wins games, it's how you do your job. Dencorub on the tackle or Palmer's magic dust, I don't care but they need something to play like they care.

Tough decision to make but we gotta look to win games.

Well I think we will worry because we need them both on deck next week

Nothing in either tackle
IMO

but it’s us so who knows

What defensive lapse did he make last night ? Are you saying at the end ? He was rushing the best drop goal kicker in the league to save the game .
It had to be done . If he stayed worrying about burgess and it goes to Reynolds , you’re all up him , about his sense of urgency .

This Fwd pack is a project and is gonna be a great unit in 22,23 if the guys all stay.

In the WestsLife podcast with Blore, he was passionate and articulate when talking about this very fact.

Blore has bought into the Madge vision around hard work. Culture takes ages to change.

Its gonna happen.

Who missed the Walker break for Gagais try. I didn't notice who was at fault, but someone got lazy there

Tamou I think... lazy arm grab

Garner's was nothing so I'd be surprised about that. Musgrove will get suspended imo. That big potato loves a good head slap and the NRL have already given him a few suspensions for it.

Ah I think Tamou , and Simpkin was caught watching , Tamou was too slow , and Simpkin , like I said , caught out of position . Which he almost recovered from . He’s 19 , and he will learn from it .

I’d have to watch the Musgrove one again ... forgot what it was but my faded memory remembers him making a heavy collision

Was it a shoulder charge or high?

It sucks because Musgrove is exactly the type of enforcer this team needs.
He will be missed dearly if he’s suspended

High

Garner and Musgrove will be fine to play. Garner played well again yesterday and has made noticeable improvements in his defence.

As much as I like Blore, he's going to have to come back through the grades. He hasn't even played a trial and has zero match fitness. I'd be giving him a month in Knock On Cup to find his feet and get some fitness and then bring him off the bench in FG.
