Wests Tigers utility Keith Lulia will miss the rest of the season after breaking his neck.
>
Lulia suffered the injury in the club's record 64-6 loss to North Queensland in Townsville two weeks ago and missed Saturday's 48-4 loss to the Sydney Roosters at Leichhardt Oval.
>
The Tigers confirmed the extent of the injury on Monday.
>
"Outside back Keith Lulia will miss the reminder of the season after scans revealed a small vertebrae fracture in his neck," a club statement read.
>
"After consulting with a specialist, Lulia received an estimated recovery time of eight to 12 weeks."
>
The injury adds to a significant injury toll for the Tigers who will again miss the finals.
>
Prop Aaron Woods suffered a knock to his knee against the premiers and is in doubt for Thursday's round 24 clash with Canterbury.
>
Dene Halatau is also in doubt with a hamstring complaint.

This is just ridiculous now

We must almost have more players out injured than we do fit

Shocking news for Lulia , I'm guessing and hoping there is no damage to the spinal cord

Honestly we might as well just let everyone who is injured and/or butthurt sit out. It'd give us a chance to run out a few others to blood them as the NRL would have to give us exemptions lol.

Lawrence, Woods, Halatau, Farah and Brooks can sit down for the season.

It'll be a miracle if we compete with the sharks and the raiders .
Crickets not too far away lol !

Nasty injury, best wishes to Keith for a speedy recovery.

We certainly are reaping some very bad karma and have been for a very long time now. God knows what we've done wrong, but enough is enough already!

 Irrespective of what everyone thinks of Keith as a player, you can only wish him all the best for a great recovery …you wouldn't wish that sort of injury on anyone.Thursday is going to be an arduous task for us considering what we have to face the Dogs,at probably full strength.Lol we don't need a coach, assistant coach or other staff WE NEED A BLOODY mobile emergency ward..I hope the team that gets put out there don't get injured and do their very best, thats all we can wish for..Wests Tigers now and forever.... :master:

Okay I admit it, I asked Satan to give us a premiership in 2005.

"Just let us win this one and they can suck forever!"

 @Macdougall,so your to blame for our terrible luck these last few years, can you be careful who you ask for help from, this is affecting all of us,even though we did enjoy 05 ….

that's at the moment, which is quite a few who would be in the 1st grade site. We've had Paterson out for a fair chunk as well, Rowe has been injured during the year, I'm sure there's been others.

Injuries have really killed us the last 3 years, something needs to change…........mind you, with some of these injuries, I don't think there's much that changes on the medical/conditioning side of things would have prevented.

There must be an investigation into the injuries alone, something must be drastically wrong with the club to have so many injuries and continuously. Is there something wrong with the diet, the way the players trainned or anything else? We must get to the bottom of this.
