Compare Nathan Browns presser to Madges to see a smart coach at it

You did not just call Nathan brown a smart coach 😂 he's awful, no better than Madge. Warriors are having a historically bad year (yes I know they just beat us) but he was a horrible appointment for them

Watched the presser...Madge has no idea. He just has nothing left.

I have a group of men in there who are ..................yawn. Sorry, not that speech again.

They had no idea what to do under pressure. They have not run a well constructed 5th play almost all year. Those are your job Macguire.

3 years....simple facts are Cleary, who I despise, was vastly better.

Madge inherited a 9th place, almost 50% team and has them in the 30s.

When would you expect movement in terms of the coaching position if the WTs sack him?

I would hope to make it retroactive to straight after the St George game

Yep, it says a lot. We wouldn't have got him anyway it seems but Maguire could have enquired a lot earlier. Don't want to be repetitive but in my opinion we will not improve until we get rid of Hartigan, Maguire and Pascoe.

What that say about our coach

We need to give Madge a Lie Detector Test.
When the commentators talk to him about the bad luck with Laurie’s injury then (start the detector NOW) Madge says “Oh Moses did some great things for us back there at fullback” - I don’t buy it, I don’t believe Madge is being honest.

Broncos showing some life, bulldogs will improve even if it’s slightly, off talent alone. If Maguire is here next season I truly believe we will get the spoon. It’s us then daylight next and then probably the cowboys.

This bloke did a cleanout and it's got worse. I'd rather JT and that's saying something 🤦‍♂️

Oh UM 😐 no , now let’s not get ahead of ourselves

I like Madge but unfortunately he is not the right coach for our club and it's not entirely his fault.

1. We are not a destination club to begin with
2. Pascoe is the CEO and he is so unprofessional it's beyond
3. Lee Hap is not a draw card as a chairman who again adds to the unprofessionalism
4. Madge is not a draw card coach

I.e We cannot attract talent because of all 3 factors.

If we had a big coach like Bellamy or Bennet or Robinson we would be able to deal with the points listed above.

Just like Barret can draw players besides being an unproven coach - the Bulldogs is a drawcard club because of thier history of being successful and financially strong, they have Arthur Laundy to draw players in.

Whilst Madge might be a better coach than 50% of the others running around unfortunately we need a draw card coach OR we have to get rid of the administration.

Ideally you would scrap all of them which would be hard because it would leave us rudderless - unless a new Board Ticket ran like they did at the Dogs as we had a new CEO, Chairman and they targeted a new coach... but tough to do because we don't seem to have any powerful opposing factions to agitate for change.

Maybe we should all sign a petition to get rid of Pascoe? As i have pointed out in numerous posts - I have met Justin a handful of times, have had discussions around third party sponsorship etc and I have found him very likeable but very relaxed, very "cool", but not a killer and you only have to look at his record... I mean we lost three great players at the same time.

He has to go in my opinion on the basis that we can bring in someone better.

If the club is doing better financially because of him then let him stay on as chief commercial officer - but he is not a CEO.

So my summary is that Madge has to go as well but not because he is a bad coach - he just needs to be parachuted into a club that can help him attract players because he cant do it on his own and he definitely can't do it with a club like ours, run by the other people in charge.

Petition anyone? What do we have to lose. If we don't stand up and make some noise nothing will change.

He's got no idea. Out of his depth.

It’s literally the same press conference after every loss
