Even poorly run clubs don't behave like this. We're in a league of our own.

The Chair should be calling out who ever is leaking info and that person/s should be the first to go. No integrity whatsoever or respect for the coach regardless of the decision. To leak it before the person involved is told is a blight on the organisation and does nothing to encourage other decent coaches to trust them.
