This is a shambles. Club needs to make an announcement on Madge today. We look like a basket case. If no board meeting, call an emergency once to sort this mess out

On the meeting - these things leak and often could be someone outside the board or club management - lots of ways for this stuff to leak and it happens at all orgaisations. Given a variety of different articles and journos saying diff things id say half are just made up.

As for Madge - 9th, 11th, 13th and 2nd worst defence in the club and we cant recruit players - thats down to Madge. Id prob keep him but he hasnt done enough for that too be locked in

As for the club - if they arent ready to make the decision then dont make it - a day or 2 makes no difference in the wider scheme of things

Why?

The club needs to support the coach, whoever that may be. At the moment it is Madge, so the club needs to come out and support him if he is staying on. With what’s been going on in the media, I would say Madge is toast. The club just needs to come out and state that he has been terminated

Believing anything from the absurd 'media' reporting around this is the only thing that doesn't make sense. There was absolutely nothing credible/of substance to the article suggesting a board meeting was even occurring.

Why?

The uncertainty, speculation and self-serving leaks are trashing our already trashed image.

It appears based off The Pom, and I believe him, that the review has already been done, but the board are now fighting over its findings, and certain board members are leaking to the media to try and advance their own preferred outcomes of coach, regardless of what the review actually found.
