Cheers Geo, good interview.

Yeah..i thought so too...liked the way he enthused about the forwards being a year older in experience and competition for spots within the team in areas we have been skinny in the past..

I got a good feeling about this

I think we've got a decent balance among the forwards, interesting he mentioned the changes in Mikaele and Clark over the off-season and while a few people were unhappy at the time, I think Musgrove is an important signing. He may take a few games to find his mojo, but once he does, he'll add real value to the pack. Hoping Josh A stays injury free too, when he gets a run of games under his belt he dents the line regularly.

prefers speed balls

He is hardly going to come out publicly and say he regrets what he has got himself into.

Still has enough of his cap eaten up by unproductive Ivan signings to be a justifiable excuse.

Next couple of years will be interesting Will the young kids signed progress to first grade, and if not why? If they do look like champions will they stay, if not why?

Big thing I noticed in the interview is no mention of Mbye playing hooker - only talked about Walters and Reynolds. Mbye could stay at centre all year, would be good if he didn’t get moved around all year again.

I loved the statement “ not many rate our pack.” He wasn’t responding to a question just straight up putting it out there. He is using this as motivation big time. Can’t wait to see our pack dominate and morons like Crater Crawley and muffin face Richie have to eat humble pie

Agree with you GEO,also would like to add that Madge has got some quality players this year,a mix of youth and experience..there is also depth this year and I think the team will surprise quite a few as the season goes on...no injuries hopefully...

Attaboy captain positivity.

Looks like he will be using Reynolds /Doueihi off the bench , depending on his decision at fullback. Maybe that means Clark MusgroveSeyfarth Cheekam/Rowdy /McQueen as the other bench . I’m ok with this because we have 3 big middles on the field , with a big 2nd tower in Luci

Everything points to Doueihi on the bench. At least to start the season.

Would be odd for a centre/Mybe to go to hooker half way through a game but why not. Walters to start

Could work.

What points towards that? 99% chance Doueihi starts at fullback. Madge said that’s where he wants to use him, you don’t sign a fullback to not play him there. Thompson will go good on the wing.

I tend to agree but Douehi Was very tentative bringing the ball back last year and got driven back in 90% of tackles or submitted. Got Souths sets off slowly and he was a liability on kick returns. He’s one year removed from Major knee surgery so he should be ready to run wild.

He either hits the ground running or has to be replaced by Corey. Can’t play like he did last year at the bunnies or we are cactus. Corey on the wing is a massive upgrade on Jennings so it’s important Douehi does well at fullbacks
