Hel go alright Hes got good size qbout him. Can he take naiqama place effective immediately? ?

Yeh the size is the key. Very solid for an outside back. He is not genuinely fast, from the highlights, but fast enough.

Adds some important depth to our three quarter line. He also means that players will need to perform as there is now some competition for spots in our backline.

Hes got the perfect centre build and pace. Id put him at centre. Mck to the bench.

I didnt agree with you dropping Kevvy but i do agree with this one about MCK

I think he (MCK) offers a lot more from the bench as a utility .

I know Naiqama is not a crowd fav here but he does put in a lot of effort
Cleary is slowly improving the playing group and im sure its soon we will see much more out of Naiqama too

Cleary has common sense. All could see Naiquama's flaws in the centres. Moving him to the wing is no surprise. However, we dob't need two shortish wingers so Naiquama will be gone next year.

Anyway ~
Back on topic.

Confirmed and a very nice signing indeed.
One of the Panthers players, possible Merrin - said a few weeks ago that MWZ is just as good as his brother, it's just DWZ got his chance first.

This is a very solid signing and a good sign for things to come.

I rate DWZ more highly. He is a touch faster than MWZ and has getter agility. But MWZ is a good signing of us and will do well.

Would love it if it led to us signing DWZ in the future.

We went hard for DWZ this year but came up short.

More good news for the Tigers. Hopefully he can take his game to the next level and really put some pressure on Frozone. Taane Milne to follow shortly hopefully.

I'm not as excited as others he is just a depth fringe signing who isn't training fulltime to NRL and is 26.

Hope if he can focus fulltime now on NRL, he excels and cracks it consistently.

He is in ISP Team #23

Kickoff for the match is at 2:15pm AEST as part of a three-game program at Leichhardt Oval.

Heath has confirmed two changes to the team originally named during the week, with new recruit Malakai Watene-Zelezniak to make his debut in his new colours today in the centres.
WESTS TIGERS

1\. Justin Hunt
2\. Nathan Milone (capt.)
3\. Watson Heleta
23\. Malakai Watene-Zelezniak
5\. Ryland Jacobs
6\. Jack Littlejohn
7\. Jordan Rankin
14\. Darcy Cox
9\. Jeremy Marshall-King
10\. Wesley Lolo
11\. Bayley Sironen
12\. Kyle Lovett
13\. Matt Eisenhuth (capt.)

Interchange:
4\. Esan Marsters
15\. Junior Tatola
16\. Jordan Grant
17\. Andrew Kazzi

Coach: David Heath

So, if we have Milne and MWZ in the squad next year, who gets the boot? Do we put MWZ on the wing, Milne in the centers and drop Naiqama?

Looks like JJ finally gets a gig in the NRL squad.
Marsters on the bench for ISP….many were touting him as a future NRL star...is he another with potential who turned out to be a dud?

As poor as our recent centres have been i can't see him being a regular first grader. Suli is developing well and when Idris is back he will take the other spot. Next year who know whether it will be Milne or Idris but i don't think MWZ getting time unless there are injuries that Chee-Kam can't cover for.

Good luck to him though, nothing wrong with playing reserves and getting the odd game in 1sts here or there.

WIthout having watched any ISP this year, Marsters seems to have been playing centres to cover a bit of a shortage, will be interesting to see if he outs Lovett in the starting backrow next week. Supposedly been playing well, and I've got plenty of time for him, will hopefully get more of a solid go at 12, especially if Lovett isn't re-signed.
