Madge has failed us.
I believe he can offer the young guys some insight though on what it takes to become a first grader.
Welcome our new KOE coach: Michael Maguire.
I hope he enjoys the new role and understands, it isn't to break them but prepare them for the hard road ahead of playing first grade.
Head coach: the NEW genius coach
BEN GARDINER
By all reports this guy is as hard as Madge but can get the boys playing for him.
He will lead us to the holy land.
Assistant coaches:
John Morris
Robbie Farah
Brett Kimmorley
The heart broken lost son and the banished prince 2.0 return... again.
These guys have some football smarts and will add some dynamic to the coaching box.
Farah is too important to be running water.
I've spoken to Brett in depth and he's a Matty Johns x Cooper Cronk type. Understands the game and what it takes to win.

THIS IS HOW WE IMRPOVE ACROSS THE BOARD
2 thumbs down on this post.
I made the statement about bringing in Brett Kimmorley and a week later he's brought in.
Just wanted bring attention to this.
Another 1 in the bank.
??
I hear what you’re saying , but look at guys like Jason Taylor , Seibold , and now O’Brien at newy. All supposed footy savants , who lack the leadership qualities to be a head coach . I think we should change the title from Head coach to manager , as it’s increasingly obvious that today’s coaches are becoming more and more like football managers.
And in saying that , they all need footy savants underneath them .Guys who can come up with the ideas , but lack that leadership quality to execute it in a game day scenario.
I think Madge is a manager , I also think his recent decisions to change the team around , and blow up our defensive structures , and fine tune out attacking ones , have to prove how smart the bloke is. Even if they weren’t his ideas . Sure he stuck to the “ up and in way” too long , but he has pivoted to a slide defence , and a compressed middle . This has to count for something .
Also whoever told Brooks he didn’t need to get through every gap , but rather just slide on the outside or inside of his man everytime , is really clever in its simplicity. This is made all the more dangerous with how Garner just sits off his hip , between the 2 defenders . It forces the defence into a no win situation.
Before brooks would engage his direct defender , then push the pass , often a hospital ball.
Now engaged between the defenders at the last second , like I said forcing the centre/half to engage him , creating the space for Garner , or Laurie out the back . At worse it’s an extra 10 metres , at best it’s line break city . That whole sequence looks to be coached to me . If it’s Millard or Gardner or Madge . It’s just real clever .
Brett is involved in pathways or development... something like that.
But it goes to show, the club knows he's worth employing...
And I was also right.
?????
Well they should , they did it once before , and if memory strikes correctly , it was Brett who bailed on us . “Due to family reasons” . Taylor was the coach at the time Or Potter . Maybe he didn’t want the headaches of coaching but liked development and 1 on 1 skill building . Win win for everyone .
His wife did die a few years ago with brain cancer. Family reasons for kimmorley seem pretty legitimate
