Gave the members the thumbs up as he walked in the tunnel At full time…#onthebus

Would love the see the Kennel's heads collectively explode if that was caught on video.

Tacky, get on the job!

Relax, Tackie has got this. He would have been in the Kennel from the 79 min.

Blows my mind how people think and body we have is better then mbye in the fullback roll tbh.

Thompson is a goer and an extremely consistant player but he doesnt have mbyes skill set.

Added to that we solve our gk problem

The dogs have nothing happening with the 9 6 and 7, makes it very hard for a no1 to create some magic. Having Benji,Brooks,Reynolds and Liddle on his team will help hi, no end

I am not sure he offers anymore than Corey does at Fullback

He has a kicking game as an added bonus

CT is courageous
MB is a smart/clever footballer

Each good on their own ways but being on the point, Mbye kicks in general play and goal kicks too

I am dumbfounder that people are questioning mbye signing… He is total class that can create plays / fill in the halves if needed / kick goals and is a gentlemen that suits our new culture.. I for one 100% want him in our team ASAP.

Don't be. We all have different opinions. Maybe some feel we are paying top dollar for what he has achieved, however maybe we are not paying what has been thrown around.

At least we're buying him when he has started to show some form (including when he was moved out of the halves last year, not just at FB this year). We are getting a goalkicking first grader who is versatile for 500-650 a year, that's the main positive. I'm not 100% convinced about him though, and as always when I have doubts I hope I'm wrong.

He had the standard Mbye game and was outplayed by his opposite, as he has been all year. Anyway, i'm going sit back and enjoy the show.

Your writing him off already
Or are you really a disgruntled Bulldogs supporter who has lost his lollies
Ivan and Hodgo will work with him
They just need to unlock his class

Yes I am… writing him off, because he doesn’t do anything. But he’s a nice bloke so that’s the main thing.

Most players have good games and bad games. On the average over a season if they're more often good than bad that's about as much as you can hope for. He's not going to be the next immortal but he's a very good player. If we based all our signings on player's worst games we'd never sign anyone.

I disagree I think a lot of our signings over the years were based on their worst games…

Mbye not one of them tho..

Knew this thread would come along if he had an average game and we won.

He's far better the Lolo and Thompson at fullback. Both those guys were not considered good enough for the NRL this time last year.

It's hard to stand out when his team has no attack, and as well as being a fullback he has to do most of the kicking because Foran is broken down. He'll suit our style much better.

Speaking of their halves, Foran, what is doing? From marquee man to nothing. No organisation, no flare, no threat.

His body is shot, hobbled off at half time like a 60 year old.
Great buy for the Dogs just like Sharron.

Walks with the same bow-legged swagger as Peter Sterling after 200 games. He looks broken.

Fozza does his best work after dark apparently. A rolled-up $20 and a stint at Stilleto's will fire him up.
He was the Buzz Rothfield Medallist today.

My thoughts exactly. What exactly were Foran and Frawley doing to set up or support Mbye during the second half? The attack started to go preferentially to Mbye, as too the kicking… he's the FB.

Tedesco is one of the best FBs in the game, but as soon as we asked him to do too much from that position in 2017, his game started to slide.
