Membership Debacle

I've previously posted on a different threads about my problems with my membership..
Everything from no cards being printed to not being registered in the system and then receiving 2 lots of cards without any seats listed on the back..

On Friday I went and sat in the same seats I have had for the last 5 years and the same that i got the paper ticket for in round 1..
just before the game a lady and her son turn up to sit in my seats.. And when I double checked my card they were different seats that were not even in the grandstand..

I went and saw the ladies at the membership ticket window and they basically told me that I didn't renew until February which was outside the window, yet I received my initial letter before Christmas and there was nothin they could do that I would have to move until they investigate during the week..

The lady was kind enough to swap seats so that we could stay in our normal spot as she mentioned that they normally sit further over and didn't know why they moved.. To say I was extremely great full would be an understatement and boy did I feel guilty..

To top it off, they ran out of beer before the 2nd half even started..

This has been the worst experience I have had with the tigers and am considering watching next season from the comfort of my lounge room with my big screen telly..
