With schizophrenia and it's effects being more prominent in our household over recent weeks, and whilst it was only another game of footy in the thousand plus as a supporter, I am thankful for the WT boys giving me a lift since last night.

I trust that it has also somewhat helped those of you also living with or around mental health issues.

We all have mental health issues. Even the rich and powerful.. If you succumb to it then you let you let them steal your Soul. I will not let that happen. Just like Melbourne and Penrith. Live day to day and learn to play the game.

Nah. LSL turned into carer's leave, and I've only just started walking again. I'm down another kg, which us better than going up 😁 I've just started medication, because it's got to the point where I can acknowledge that I just can't manage it on my own. And I don't want the surgery. But, hopefully, I'll keep going and getting healthier and healthier 🥰
Apple Cider Vinegar. All disease both mental or physical starts in the gut.

Im just thinking what if all our mental health, depression, anxiety is a result of the fact that we don't know ourselves. You dont know yourself. Who you really are

If you do watch this video just replace all the Americanism with your own life and geography

I've wondered this myself. One theory is that schizophrenia is the result of a spiritual emergency. It's speculated that it's an alternate reality and not a mental health disorder. Growth occurs through suffering, it's a transformative experience.

@ezybro How you doing buddy? Cutting toxic people out of my life is one of the most important things I did. You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with. The people we spend time with influence us more than we realize. Look at your closest friends and family. Do they uplift and inspire you, or do they bring you down?

Agreed.
I drifted away from childhood friends once I had kids.
We have many sets of friends during the journey of life.
I couldnt imagine hanging out with the same people I spent my twenties or thirties with.

What does that tell you? Or - why is it like this?
