One of the last things young males, particularly ones with MH issues should be regularly watching is Rogan. Not that he doesn't get some decent guests, the problem is he too often platforms some very toxic ones.
Complete rubbish. Young males with MH issues should not only be forced to watch/listen to Rogan, they should implement what he says. He is constantly recommending physical exercise and training for mental health and it it the most effective treatment for depression.

I didn't want to go there at the time because your following post notifying your progress was heartening and I wanted to let it slide until a more appropriate moment. Seeing the last few pages have been mostly discussing a high profile individual severely afflicted with MH disorders, now is the time.

All good, I think with how the media is these days, it can be hard to find real truth or unbiased conversations so a lot of people do turn to podcasts and JRE just happens to be the biggest thing at the moment and for good reason, I can’t say I sit and watch podcasts though have watched a couple with Elon, Alex Jones, Stephen Hancock and Tucker Carlson. Nothing too crazy if you ask me.

Saw a clip of Jackson Hastings on the LetsTrot podcast.

He said the recent seeking of professional help and diagnoses for his mental health have been life changing. He spoke about the challenges of being a young man and thinking he just needed to deal with it and push through. Stigma is still strong and harmful
