Changing your environment can help you create motivation. Here are some ways to create a motivating environment:

  • Declutter: A cluttered space can be overwhelming and drain your motivation. Decluttering and organizing can help you create a clean, inviting space that promotes focus and productivity.

  • Create a positive environment: The things around you affect how you feel. You can create an environment that helps you build mental muscle and work smarter.

  • Set goals: Setting new goals is a strategy to manage and enhance motivation.

  • Develop routines and habits: Keeping the momentum up can help with motivation.

  • Celebrate achievements: Celebrate small wins as a stepping stone to greater wins.

This is so true! My mental health can be gauged my the state of my desk at work, my dressing table, bedroom and kitchen at home. And once it gets messy, I feel I've lost control and everything spirals. Then I get overwhelmed and can't even start 😞

I can relate my work space is always messy but I operate in my own madness and know where everything is. When I had a death pile of inventory I don't know where to start. What I think helps is setting smaller more attainable goals and when you complete those it will make you stay motivated over time.

Wise person once said, the only way to consume an elephant is 1 bite at a time. Sick of crash diving into the bottom of the well, thinking its the only way up. Wake up ,pull the curtains, open windows, front door, have a coffee outdoors, do 3 easy things off the list over the day, be gentle with yourself. Big secret, I set myself up so i don't have to work anymore, that in its self is a catch 22.Worth the head fk in the long run not having to answer, jump thru hoops anymore, simple tastes, simple life. So much trash just slides off your shoulders when the realization of keeping up with the twisted Jones's from next store is a co. Money is a con that the whole establishment prop's it's self up on to stay relavent, incharge of this cluster fk we are all part of. Rant over. Peace of mind n best of luck out there ,take joy in the small things, Big things are just a distraction from what matters

Did you know AHX that your brain unconsciously blocks out your nose from your field of vision, because if it didn’t you would go insane as your nose is right in your line of sight.
Damn GNR. Never knew that. Seems like our brain knows more than the voice. Or the program as it can also be recognised.
