Reminds me of a great George Carlin bit about self help books. If you are looking for self help, why would you read a book written by somebody else. That’s not “self help”. That’s help. If you did it yourself, you didn’t need help.

Thank you everyone for the support I love the west tigers so this place is really like a home for me and I appreciate you all, just a little update if anyone wants to know; I am doing a lot better mentally and have been able to get outside to therapy who helped me heal some childhood traumas. Also I’ve found a little hobby in fishing and actually caught my first Barra and flathead recently, I think it’s a good thing that I'm able to begin to heal my family’s generational trauma of not speaking up and I want to help other young people if possible 🙂

BTW...his 31 million views after 1 day is quickly closing the gap on the 67 million views that the Presidential Debate has attracted....and that was through 17 networks.
The legacy media is old fashioned now. It is absolutely untrustworthy, bought and paid for by lobbyists and self interest groups.
A 3 hour conversation gives more insight than a 1 minute, highly edited and censored news grab ever could and for that reason, people will keep tuning into podcasts with individuals like this.
