He's had 4 years and this team has not shown one shred of consistent improvement. Nor has Madge demonstrated his ability to innovate or to improve the way this group plays. Tough call, but we've got to bite the bullet.

We are building from the ground up with our juniors.

First grade is still a bunch of guys nobody else wanted with no connections to one another. it shows on the field. Cold hard truth.
 
Maguire has failed on multiple levels including recruitment, engaging existing players, youth development, tactics, interchange...no players who come in to first grade play consistently well after coming from a team that's top of the league.

Wake up, it's time. He needs to go. Sign an interim coach then out some real steps on place.
 
I still reckon that there is to much of punt Madge on here everytime these so called NRL players stuff up....
Its been said time and time again,Madge doesnt drop balls,miss tackles,give away penalties...he has said the team trained very well,unfortunately that doesnt convert to 80 mins of pressure these guys cant handle ...

Peachy didn’t even have a contract. If it wasn’t for us he’d be enjoying an early retirement. No other club wanted him.

True, however it’s up to the coach to have them 1st grade ready, preparation for such type scenarios.
He always says In the pressers ‘He Knows what these guys are capable of’ so if they are failing over and over then by his own thoughts… their preparations are wrong, ie.. Bad coaching?
I don’t even know anymore, we used to look like we could be any team, we used to lose and blame the refs, now we are just… a mess.
I’m confused and hurting right now lol.

Again, this is why our predicament is more than Madges fault. We have been garbage for almost our entire existence. See above.

To be fair I'm glad we didn't sign Latrell. This club wouldn't be able to reign in a personality like that - he'd be suspended every second week here
