Under the McIntyre System they played Sunday afternoon.
Also, there is still only a grand total of ONE Sunday afternoon game through the first three weeks of the finals, which is the 2nd vs 3rd game in week one. So 2nd place gets an extra two days to prepare for their game compared to 1st place. The second game on the Saturday night in week one is scheduled to start at frickin' 8.30\. So it'll finish some time around 10.15\. That's gonna be a great night for families getting home from wherever it's played.
