MOLTZEN INJURED

I saw them training today. Although i didnt want to look for too long i didnt notice moltzen there

Geeze, I have saying that for ages about Lui being the half and Moltz starting off the bench, but no one took me seriously. I think it's coz I'm small.

Refer to the Your team for Rd 1 thread for instance. :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:

Someone rang talkin sport and mentioned this, they said they'd try to get cuzzo to confirm, havent been hearing the entire show this arvo, dunno if he's been on yet, he's usually pretty prompt when wests tigers queries are aired on this show

Bad bad news guys. Moltz has rolled his ankle, its a grade 3 ligament tear. were looking at 4-6 weeks, he's gonna miss at least Rds 1-2.Looks like Lui gets 1st shot at the 7.

no doubt **tiger4eva** just knew what would rip the forum up into a frenzy!…

Never listening to T4E again!

Hold on is he injured or not…..

ANYONE??? if he is thread stays open ..if not... :dead

we would know by now if he was injured.
Media would be all over it considering his injury last year.

Well finally the mystery surrounding this little drama has now reached a climax with coach Sheens confirming that Moltzen did in fact roll his ankle at training a week and a half ago and now looks a round 1 prospect.

Then in my opinion he must start the year in State Cup and spend at least a month there.

Lui has the jump on him undoubtedly now Sirro. A few games for Balmain might not be a bad thing for Moltzen, he can get some timing and match fitness back and then come back into the top squad if he's playing well.

A month seems drastic.

What if we're 0/2 or 0/3 and he's killing it in reggies?

Day by day proposition…lets see how things pan out

Yes im an advocate for day by day….....i just said that because its very unliikely he'll come back firing. If Lockyer, Johns, Hodges etc struggle, then im sure Tim will need time too. Hope im wrong though.
