MOLTZEN? Thread

who is worse, the person who has a go and like of of us can make an error occasionally , or the spectator who will always be quick to point out the errors of others, and not even have the ability to play the game himself.

if you think Tim Moltzen is not worthy of playing for wests-tigers, why don't you tell him in person face to face.

The trouble is he is not having a go.!!! My 97 year old granny ,God bless her sole could do a lot better job let me tell you. he"s a bludger and should be nowhere near a first grade side..!!!

Yeah righto… maybe the club can arrange that after the next game. Just make an announcement "Any fans who'd like to express their personal disappointment to a player are invited to form a line outside the change rooms".

I mean seriously - I know some people go a bit OTT but people are surely able to give their opinion without having to do in person too??

Gee what a lame comeback.
Ill let you in on a little secret ,without us fans there is no game but if you want to sugarcoat how bad we are going and talk up Moltzen than thats your perogative . But please leave the go tell him face to face out of it.

i think westahger is more referring to the character of the people posting the derogatory stuff. theres a difference between opinions and putting absolute crap on someone. half of what is said by contributors would not be repeated if they were given the opportunity to discuss directly with the coach/player because its alot tougher when your held accountable and people know who you really are, not hiding under some alias.

i've been guilty of it before, i guess its just trying to be conscious that your talking about a real person and not just someone there to entertain us.

players dont grow up only wanting to play so that they could entertain the general public. they play because they love the game, so there will always be a game, because there will always be fans - the quality of them however… can vary

He could have been a lot clearer given he said "the spectator who will always be quick to point out the errors of others, and not even have the ability to play the game himself." Seemed pretty blanket to me and the whole "if you've never played the game shut up" line doesn't help.

Don't know why you would want God to bless the bottom of your granny's feet, Tom, but yeah I totally agree with ya regarding Moltzen :stuck_out_tongue:

Wouldn't have an issue with that at all
Would tell him in a heartbeat what he is doing wrong , where he was going wrong amd how he could improve

But I reckon he has probably heard it all before , so I would be wasting my time westTAHger

Im sure you would Happy…weve all heard it before ...."When I was playing........"

Tah, you seem to think if youre prepared to accept the paypacket of a high profile in the public eye....you must be prepared to accept criticism when your performance isnt up to standard according to those who watch, pay for memberships, support your team.
Same goes for politicians ans their voters, actors and musos and their paying fans.
With those that critique, they wouldnt be where they are :unamused:

I wouldn't pass judgement or make comment if he was an issue at 7 Ink

The only reason I make comment at fullback is because it is a completely different position and a completely different mindset to any other position on the field and if you've never played it it is pretty hard to understand I am only trying to help

If it annoys you I will stop

Or the again if it annoys you I might just start PM ing you with my "When i was playing stories"
