I could never understand the criticism of Moltzen's courage. To play professional rugby league against blokes twice your size when you have a metal disc in your head is about as gutsy as it gets. Not to mention how many times he has come back from various injuries. The guy should be being talked about as one of the bravest in the game.

Calling some one like Moltzen as having a pea heart is justified??. The guy has had injury galore and not just at the Tigers but in his junior years playing rugby and still continues to try and work his way into first grade. Anyone playing NRL has some toughness about them. And if anything someone who still continues to play even after the amount of injuries deserves more credit.
People are quick to jump on a player when they are down. Pat Richards is a perfect example. Plays like a champ everyone loves him. Soon as it turns to shit, he needs to be punted.
Saying I don't support the team cause I don't post, and very rarely and if at all will I ever criticise a player wearing the Tigers Strip. Pretty narrow minded way of thinking by the amount of posts I make.

* Since when does a player dictate if he stays in the starting squad. Im pretty sure that is Taylors call.
* If i was him, I'm not going to just step aside. He is being picked, he plays.
* Saying a player should be dumped is one thing, but the respect shown towards prob one of the guys who deserves more respect then most, cops it off the fans for his performances. Happened with Benji and to an extent Farah. You cut Farah, he will bleed Orange and Black blood. if the team isn't performing the fans are quick to bag the living shit out of the players.

Moltz is a confidence player, probably as a result of the head injuries hes recieved...as I said way back at the start....Ive seen him play some very gutsy football....but him dogging it regulalrly and giving team mates a spray for cock ups when hes made plenty himself never sits well with most

Tim was one of the few players who seemed to be able to anticipate what Benji was going to do. (The other was Beau Ryan.) I think you'll find he appears more than once in the 'Wests Tigers best ever tries' video. Even if he was fit, he had no hope of playing NRL here unless the unthinkable happened and Moses, Tedesco and Brooks all got injured. Taylor showed his attitude by selecting some pretty ordinary players in the centres when Simona and Nofo were injured this season.
There's a spot for a 5/8 at Manly next season, so good luck Tim.

Well said mamma, everyone is courageous in their own right- whether it be physically, mentally or emotionally.
I'd say Moltzen is more relentless than courageous though. Anyway, coulda woulda shoulda- best of luck to him wherever he goes (he needs it!)
