Moltzen to Sharks, Ryan to Penrith??????

i don't mind ryan leaving, but i think letting moltzen go is a mistake he hasn't been the same since his injury, but we all have seen what he is capable of, and if lui is leaving then we neeed him to stay!

Tim Moltzen had a great 2009, but his 2010 form was pretty average prior to his injury… While I was happy to have him merged into this season slowely, his mental application towards his football just isnt there. I'm starting to doubt we will see the best of Tim at the Tigers and a change of Clubs might be whats best for Tim Moltzen?!

Moltzen must stay.

I would give him another off season to get confidence back in that knee.

You are kidding aren't you, he was injured pretty early in the game in round 5\. So by my calculation that's 4 games that you are basing his perfromance on.

Pretty much… 4 poor games in a row, and without his injury, it could easily of been 24, but I guess we will never know?

I've still got a 2009 Cap at home, I might wear it next time Tim gets a run to remind me of the good old days :unamused:

from my sharkies contact (the same one who told me about gibbs, fafita, mark taufua, isaac degois, jeff robson).

"moltzen was in talks with us, and when he said he wanted $270k a year we laughed at him"

Joel Caine has been right about a few things this year, including Bennett to the knights when all the rumors were saying Brisbane, and he picked up that a team was over the salary cap from last year by a 'significant amount', and he got that one too. He isn't always 100% but he is more reliable than the telecrap or RLW.

Saints are supposed to be interested in Moltzen as a fullback? But i hope he stays as he is coming back from a major injury.

That would make our chances against Saints next year a whole lot better.

For iphone users, download the app NRL Insight. It has segments from all ch 9 footy shows (footy show thursday and sunday, sunday roast) plus latest league videos

I see value in beau as a utility off the bench and moltzen as fullback, knee injuries take a long time to get over.

Beau was in at Lock last week and Give approximately 687%!! Anyone who said he didn't is a fool….
I'm a B Ryan critic... Always have been, But I tell y'all what..... He has impressed the BUDJESUS outa me in the last 4-5 weeks. For a guy with not a lot of talent, He runs on pure guts and spirit!! Anyone know the story of Vince Papale and the Philadelphia Eagles... Spirit, Guts, Passion and the Love for your mates and football team are definately things you can build success on.....

I reckon B ryan and Moltzen get a massive hard time from the people on here, i think they both go well. Tim Moltzen was player of the tour for the Junior Kangaroos, he has talent…
Beau is a good finisher, is quite good at getting 7-12m from DH from our own half and getting a play the ball, it may not look as good as Utai, but is as effective.
B Ryan is not a super star but gets the job done, you cant fit 17 Benji's, Ellis' and Lawrences under your cap, you need blokes who know their role and do it each week, Beau knows his role

ryan was great last week, playing in the forwards and ur right he gives 500%, i would like the tigers to keep him, but moltzen has lost it, very poor in attack but not much better in defence.
