Good luck with Greenberg being fair. Say an NRL player throws a punch in a bar fight, his opponent recovers and presses charges, the player is suspended but gets his pay and can train with his club until the case is heard. Exact same circumstances only this time his opponent hits his head on the bar and dies. Same punch, same fight, but now it's murder or manslaughter so the player is looking at a sentence in excess of 10 years and Greenberg throws the book at him. And that's even without considering who started the fight. There is no way Greenberg can elect himself judge, jury, and executioner as there are just too many grey areas.
