Heighno had a tremendous year or two around 2009 and hasn't managed the same since.
But at bargain prices he is certainly worth it, because we are struggling for experience and depth in the backrow. He's still a FG-quality player. No worse than Hammer Halatau.

I always felt sorry for Rhino.
Got used as a battering ram when we had bugger all go forward.
Go back to 05 when he was running wide like an olskool lock and he was killing it and scoring pies all the time.
Rabbits used to jizz every time he got the ball.
