Mbye was pretty pumped when he nailed the conversion to tie up the game and even more so when Brooks kicked the field goal..

Most emotion I've seen from him in our jersey..

What else is he going to say? I've had enough and want out? I think a fresh start would be good? I like it here but would be happy to play for any other club? No other club will pay me as much so i'm fine in Sydney for 2 more years?

His manager said he’s fine to move on if he’s forced to.

And until he does sign with another club everything he says has to say that he committed to what the club is building.

Likewise the club won't publicly put him to pasture With Madge saying in a press conference anyone that is happy to chip in 400k can have him.

Until an agreement is made both parties are publicly committed to one another, but both acknowledging 'its a funny world, and it's a business etc'

Well he did last week. It was a welcome change wasn't it. I have no confidence at all when he is kicking. If he fixed that and took a nice pay cut he'd be a forum favorite.

Completely agree ,Mbye played a good captains game yesterday,his goal kicking was good and his defense was good as always....I have said before that even though Moses has his share of knockers on the forum,Madge must have a reason he is always selected...

Did you see Nofo leave his winger completely unmarked to score a try or his play the ball attempt when he just dropped it cold.

Mbye kicked his goals, scored a try & tried hard all game. The previous week he was fantastic at dummy half. He has had one bad game all season and that was with a winger there who shouldn't have been there.

Sure he is overpaid but as has just been stated that isn't his fault.

Mmbye had a great game i thought, yes he is payed high but apet from the souths game when he had a rookie outside him he has had an ok year.
As far as Nofo agsin his attack was awesome against dogs, the try where he left thebwing was ordinary and the dropped ball at the play the ball was not good it probably comes down to a lack of concentration or something. if he can get the tired error down, it seems to happen most games then he is a pretty good winger.

I've said it before, I don't bother myself with salary cap moneyball or fan guessing, it's pointless, we don't know. Either he's a good footballer or he isn't, that's the main question. And if you lose him, can you replace him with someone better, or as good and cheap (by whatever measure the club considers "cheap")?

Gosh the dogs must have been desperate to offload him? Do you think they would listen to a permanent swap deal? Mbye and Reynolds for Foran?
