Moses Suli

With Suli when I think about him I think of my favorite quote
\

Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan "press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.

I just don't know with if has the metal to press on to use all of his natural talent

The whole suli situation is a joke. The guy was all hype. Its pretty embarrising whats transpired. To offer him that much money getting so much media attention from it to release him a season later.

I guess the jason taylor era is moving away fast and its fair to say ivan would not have signed him in the first place.

There were some really bad personality signings in the past. Lodge after requesting to fight bellamy in the car park. I mean how did we reeally think that would turn out? There was no due diligence with the suli signing which makes us look bad with all the media it created.

Hopefully the club can start running signings more professionally because the club have have made some really bad calls. Ivan has to save the club in that regard because the past were not a good enough standard.

Cleary also spoke about the challenge ahead for Luke Brooks with Josh Reynolds and Benji Marshall looking over his shoulder, while admitting Tui Lolohea is no guarantee of owning the No 1 jumper.
Holy crap batman, there is one forum poster who might just have a melt down with that comment Ivan.

If you are talking about me - I am not worried at all and neither is Tui.

A quick browse of his Instagram account suggests he will fit right in at the Dogs where words such as dat, dis, use (youse), sup? etc are considered the musings of a genius.
The handbag gets a run in a few photos as well. Messy.

Knew it wouldn’t take long before rothefield sticks the boot in.

SINNER
WESTS Tigers paid a ridiculous $1.3 million for rookie Moses Suli before he’d even played first grade. It didn’t work out. So they release him to the Bulldogs. Was it really necessary to then tell the media that he was a poor trainer with a bad attitude to justify their recruitment blunder to fans? Poor form.

He must have fell asleep drunk before he added the paragraph questioning the Bulldogs signing him for a similar amount.

That is deserved.

The club allowed this situation to happen. That signing was idiotic and unfair to seasoned players on less. The kid has a pathetic attitude all year long yet remains in top grade despite poor performances after his first month. He then gets injured and is mollycoddled despite not putting in during rehab. He then starts bad mouthing the joint.
Eventualy the right decision to cut him is made but you can not blame outsiders from saying its just more of the same from a perenially poorly run club.
