Moses Suli

Looks like the best part of six months down the drain and worrisome that he is having stress fracture problems so early in his career.

So he’s just put a pic up on Instagram of him in a hospital bed getting surgery. He did his ankle injury on the 2nd July which is 5 and a half months ago. When it happened the club said it was a 1-2 week injury.

The whole thing seems very confusing.

My understanding was that the club was hoping the injury (multiple stress fractures) would heal with sufficient rest and surgery was a last resort. Evidently it hasn't turned out to be the case which is a shame.

josh mansour was playing again from an ACL after 6 months and 2 weeks. its now been 5 months and 2 weeks and we have a guy who cant even train after a sprained ankle

I agree - it's a real shame for Moses and the team. Well, it simplifies the backline headache that Ivan was facing!

He is a big boy isn't he. He also looked skillful last year and completely outplayed Jack Bird when we played Cronulla.

If he kicks on he could be a real good player.

We have seen glimpses of his talent, with that try against the Sharks at Leichhardt an entrée. One of his strengths is his ability to be able to put his winger in space so I look forward to him receiving early ball with room to move. If you see his highlights he is a good mover with the ball.

Mark my words and i said this after watching only a few games of this kid, he's a dud!!!!

I know I'll get roasted for giving my opinion but i just don't see anything special about Suli, he hasn't impressed me at all.
He'll fade into oblivion.

I'll mark your words. Just watch the first half against Newcastle last year. He killed them. They wish they had a junior like him. His strength for his age is uncommon and he's not afraid to mix it up.

Wow big call.

Gee I cant believe some cant see how good this kid can be,

Got bugger all clean ball all year and did so many dirty hit ups.

On the odd occasions he did get some space he looked brilliant, quite light on his feet for a big unit.

Surely he will be improved for the experience of playing first grade last year and hopefully fitter and in a better side.
