I saw Battle: Los Angeles today. It wasn't bad but they could have made the ending a bit better.

@Allan Towle said:127 Hours was solid. Apparently the film is very close to real events. Apparently the only difference in the film is that he showed the girls some climbing manoeuvre's and not that that fall into the water. It took 5 days to cut his arm off. I think I would have done it a little earlier.
@Allan Towle said:The Fighter was a good film. Mark Wahlberg was solid, Melissa Leo pretty good, I thought Amy Adams was better and Christian Bale was excellent. I liked it a fair bit actually.

Hard. Was good hey…
Love a good sports film.
@Demps said:Danos; Nah mate, I often see it on the lists of best sports movies of all time but I haven't checked it out. It's a bit before my time but I do enjoy a classic. Paul Newman is the man and I do enjoy ice hockey, sounds like one I'll have to check out. Cheers.
Happy tiger; Field of Dreams & Untouchables are awesome, I think Waterworld is up there too with my fav Costner flicks. He isn't one of my favorite actors or anything but those 3 are great films. I grew up on ROCKY so I too would also like to run up those stairs and then grab a world famous Philly cheese steak, haha… I think they're great things to have on a bucket list, hope you can get to it some day.
