@willow said:Good luck to Jake at the Eels. Hopefully he's more of a show of getting a go there.
If he shows that he is good enough I am sure he will get a chance…

This week's RLW magazine reports he signed a 2 year deal and Mullaney's manager is quoted as saying he hopes the Eels keep Hayne at 5/8.
@gold on black said:Unfortunately for Jake the tigers had a few better options ahead of him…**and he was unlucky not to be given a shot when those players were injured.**
Although staying on at the tigers would have been his best opportunity to sucure an opportunity with currently no certain fullback in the squad and parra having burt and likely hayne back to FB next year. good luck though i hope a few parra boys can strain some hammys so he can get a shot.

…... Not Likely!!!
@magpiecol said:He is better than all of them by far.
@happy tiger said:@smeghead said:Yeah Parras spine is likely looking as
1\. Hayne
6\. Roberts
7\. Sandow
9\. Maitua (sp?)
That spine isn't going to make top 8 in 2012 in my opinion Smeg
