Yeah it can be. I mean I was hoping it would backfire on him but this is well beyond my expectation. Whatever happened in the off season has really done a number on the club. The players are like strangers to each other out there. No trust, no cohesion. The problems are not of Cleary's doing I don't believe, he's just not equipped to pull them out of it.
