Look at tonights game, there were only 10 players on the field playing for us at the one time. Ayshford is gone, Marshall was long gone and Anasta never really arrived. Keep Potter the seasons over.

I've said it before and i will say it again a joke of a coach!
How many of u fools can not see it, they r not motivated, they r rudder less. The coach is to blame for the bad plays, defensive patterns, the second efforts that aren't there due to a coach who is a fool!
Para we got beaten by para! Now that is new low, we deserve the spoon.
And all u potter lovers suck it up. That was pathetic and close to the worst from our team.
Potter can coach 20's or state cup pay the idiot for that and give payten the chance, or Neil Henry not those other potter look alikes.

Potter should stay. It's not his fault our recruitment over the last few years has been disgraceful. He inherits a crap team and everyone thinks its his fault. At least next year he can choose his own coaching staff, we have signed a bunch of great youngsters. The club will be a million times better off without Benji (he's had his day. Sadly I can't see him doing anything decent in rugby either). Also removed other deadwood like Ayshford, Pettybourne (another fantastic signing), Braith should go, etc, etc. but that's just my opinion.

I think they should stick with Potter - He has cleared out the shite as best as possible with Ayshfrod, Marshall, Pettybourne going next year.
Anasta - well he cant dump him at the moment unless he brings Sironen back to the halves and that would hurt Siro's career as he builds up for backrow.
We had 2 horrible players but most players have got better under Potter
Tedesco - Got better
Nofoaluma - Got better
Simona - Way way better
Ayshford - Shite and is going
Koroibete - Injured most of the yr but is getting better and better
Marshall - Shite and is going
Sue - Better
Fulton - ALways good
BMM -Better under Potter but still needs to work harder on fitness and effort
Blair - A thousand times better under Potter
Farah - His best year when on the field
Galloway - Always good but when fit has been great
Sironen - Better and better
Ava - Much better
Buchannan - Much better
So really we have had no halves all year and that isnt potters fault
Bring Folkes back as S&C/ Assistant , Bring in Brian Smith to help him out as the other assistant

Given the way the club is currently being run, we need a coaching team that puts in place a complete football system- from scouting to development, to recruitment, getting the right team selections, etc, etc.
And they need to be strong enough to get the Board on side.
Pretty much what Sheens did for the first 4-5 years.
Is Potter that guy?
Doubt it.
Brian Smith would NOT be the worst option.
