I was one of the few who were happy with the Chase pick. He was elite in college with Joe, who no doubt wanted him drafted.
It a pass first league, so you need lots of weapons to keep up.
Sewell has also been very good and will be a pro bowler very soon, so we really couldn't have missed either way.
Chase is already breaking records.
Our 2nd round pick was poor. Carmen has disappointed, it's a shame we didn't take Creed Humphreys.
We need to go all in next year on best free agent O line. Our window is open now with all our stars under contract and Burrow and Chase on rookie deals.
Both will be very expensive to re-sign.
Exciting times when you have such a young core who are used to success and not burdened by the poor franchise history.

I was a critic of Zac Taylor, but players seem to love him.
Great to see a young, exciting team having fun.

I believe he will become good for the jags

Yeah I agree. He is supposed to be a generational qb, which is a good starting point for a franchise.

While we’re on the subject of American athletes, and the bravado and showmanship, does anyone remember Terrell Owens crying, literally in tears, at a media conference about Tony Romo saying “That’s my QB”. It would be the equivalent of James Tamou or Stef crying during a media conference, defending Brooks saying “That’s my halfback”.

Typical Bengals luck.
Finally make playoffs and now a Covid outbreak in the team. 5 players so far but expect more.

I know alot of teams have and will be affected, but bad timing.

Would it be worth getting all players together now to catch it and clear protocol for playoffs in 2 weeks time??
