We need men ....accountible men

Punt him !
Told ya it was Nofo destabilising the squad off and on the field..
Remember the story last year a player complained about the training and madge said you have been here 8 years and never played finals? I think you may be right.
Hobbos on the money I reckon
It’s either him or Brooks.
I thought Kenty had said it was Brooks?
@hsvjones said in [Nofa stood down from Leadership Group](/post/1409295) said:Reading the article is sounds like the players are getting sick of doing there job... They are just whinging and think if the coach goes another one will come in and they still get paid. What Madge said in the PC about finding MEN is 1000% correct and they just don't like to hear it. These few players that have a problem with it need to GO and ASAP.

Well given Brooks is one of the few putting in each week I'd look elsewhere.

Twal, Doueihi and Nofa. Be honest would any of them make a leadership group in any other club. Be honest it shows a real vacuum. Nothing against any of them, it shows a real problem
Doueihi is a real leader, Twal isn't vocal but works very hard so that's probably why they put him there, Nofa would be there purely because of his experience
We for sure lack real leadership. They're the blokes who are supposed to set standards and get the young players into line
Doueihi certainly is. He’ll do the hard yards when needed. He just needs to work on his defence. In that regard he’s a bit like when Brooks first started, wasn’t the best but worked on it and now he is. That’s what Doueihi needs todo.
Yeah and I can tell he will work on it. Last year he was kicking goals at like 65% and he worked hard on it and now he's at like 80%. He's clearly very determined at improving himself as a player. Wish we had more of him

The post match comment was a disgrace and if he wants to further alienate and demotivate his players that was the comment to do it.
The multiple sources comment is interesting.

It was before the bubble.
Still a moron.
Okay let’s dismiss the fact that he was the ONLY other player there
I know he’s close with Lees oldest due to cancer visits and yet the major sponsor (and board member) encourages him to stay on the piss, and in spite of knowledge that they do actually train Monday’s?
That doesn’t sound like fostering a professional and healthy culture especially as it was months ago; dragging on
Incompetence from the top down.

That’s what I don’t get about the players that sook and kick stones …
Not only is it demoralising for the fans it’s destabilising for the team .
And it also puts them in bad light if they want to further there careers ..
I’d hate to be stuck in the trenches with some of our nuffies

Yeah I agree and have a real issue with the lack of ticker, determination and accountability this squad has. They talk the talk to the media every week and time and time again nothing changes out on the field. Perhaps the coaching could and should be better - but as fans, we deserve better and I really can't see next year being any different to this year.

Yeah he could of given them all a gold star for their chart instead. His comment was he needs men that will take accountability if a man can’t cop that and either debate the point as a man or cop it on the chin and change their performance I’m sorry they’re not a man.
This is 2021. There is no place for that type of comment privately and especially publicly or when it is being reported.
