Can you imagine what it was like for him sitting there watching as she put the ring on another mans finger. It must've been devastating. Reading the article is sounds like the players are getting sick of doing there job... They are just whinging and think if the coach goes another one will come in and they still get paid. What Madge said in the PC about finding MEN is 1000% correct and they just don't like to hear it. These few players that have a problem with it need to GO and ASAP.

One thing is for sure and that is that winning is the furtherest thing from their minds.
From the commentary that they thought they were going pretty good when they went up to the Sunshine Coast so they took it easy and had holiday through to players mailing in performances and this rubbish with Nofa not being dropped and pointing the blame at others on Twitter.
It’s deadset a country club atmosphere around this squad.

Last year Brooks struggled was moved to 6 and the bench.
Maybe he has listened to madge and now his game has turned around. Madge has definitely backed him and is in his corner.

Twal, Doueihi and Nofa. Be honest would any of them make a leadership group in any other club. Be honest it shows a real vacuum. Nothing against any of them, it shows a real problem

Doueihi is a real leader, Twal isn't vocal but works very hard so that's probably why they put him there, Nofa would be there purely because of his experience

We for sure lack real leadership. They're the blokes who are supposed to set standards and get the young players into line

Doueihi certainly is. He’ll do the hard yards when needed. He just needs to work on his defence. In that regard he’s a bit like when Brooks first started, wasn’t the best but worked on it and now he is. That’s what Doueihi needs todo.

Yeah and I can tell he will work on it. Last year he was kicking goals at like 65% and he worked hard on it and now he's at like 80%. He's clearly very determined at improving himself as a player. Wish we had more of him

Not only is it demoralising for the fans it’s destabilising for the team .
And it also puts them in bad light if they want to further there careers ..

That doesn’t sound like fostering a professional and healthy culture especially as it was months ago; dragging on

Like i said a week ago and was rubbished for saying it.....there is no leadership. There's titles, but a massive vacuum for a real leader in this club.

Yeah I agree and have a real issue with the lack of ticker, determination and accountability this squad has. They talk the talk to the media every week and time and time again nothing changes out on the field. Perhaps the coaching could and should be better - but as fans, we deserve better and I really can't see next year being any different to this year.

Exactly.....of late there has been a number of posts....is it the coach or the players?

Everyone has piled on the coach despite the fact that some of these players have been through three coaches.

Then a player PROVES his lack of integrity, discipline, professionalism and it somehow gets turned back on the coach.

(some of) THE PLAYERS ARE THE PROBLEM....and Nofo i high on the list of problem players. Garbage performances, poor commitment on and off the field but his ego and inflated image of himself blinds him.

I really wish we could get rid of him.

Seriously if we look at the squad and work out who potential is a positive or a negative when it comes to team harmony/professionalism..
